The IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society’s 2015 International Microwave Symposium (IMS2015) will be held 17 – 22 May 2015 in Phoenix, Arizona as the centerpiece of Microwave Week 2015. IMS2015 offers technical sessions, interactive forums, plenary and panel sessions, workshops, short courses, industrial exhibits, application seminars, historical exhibits, and a wide variety of other technical and social activities including a guest program.
MiMed members may be particularly interested in the Technical Area “Biological effects and medical applications: Biomedical applications of RF/microwaves; therapeutic and diagnostic applications; electromagnetic fields’ interaction with tissues; microwave characterization of biological material and living systems; imaging and reconstruction methods, recording and stimulation.”
The paper length should be 3 pages for the initial submission in 8 December 2014 and 3 to 4 pages for the final paper submission in 2 March 2015.
