Dear colleagues,
The deadline for STSM proposals for this first year has passed in the last 2nd of May. We received 3 proposals for a total of about 6k€ while our STSM budget for this year is about 11.5k€. These proposals are currently being evaluated.
According to COST rules none of our budget is transferable between grant periods, and all the money that is not spent this year is deduced from the budget for the following year. Therefore, it was decided to open a second call for STSM with a basis of “First-come, first-served”, that is, the proposals will be evaluated as soon as we receive them.
Since these STSMs have to occur during this first year of grant period, we will maintain the call open until the 1st of September or until the total budget is assigned. Also all the STSMs have to be completed before the 1st of November 2014. Please motivate the members of your research team to submit STSM proposal as soon as possible.
