A Special Session on “Electromagnetic fields in biomedical imaging and therapeutics: methodologies and applications (MiMed and EMF-MED)” is scheduled at the International Conference on Electromagnetics in Advanced Applications (ICEAA 2015), which is coupled to the fifth edition of the IEEE-APS Topical Conference on Antennas and Propagation in Wireless Communications (APWC 2015). The conference is held in Torino, Italy, on 7-11 September 2015 (more details on http://www.iceaa.net/).
The Special Session will be dedicated to non-ionizing electromagnetic fields based therapeutics and imaging in medical applications with particular attention to medical devices and diagnostic techniques. The session will include design of hyperthermia applicators, scanning devices, as well as time domain / frequency domain imaging algorithms.
We would need to know about your intention at your earliest convenience, possibly before the 13th of February, just sending to francesca.vipiana@polito.it, giuseppe.ruvio@dit.ie or to raffaele.solimene@unina2.it the abstract title and the list of authors.
Then you will have until the 13th of March to submit your one/two-pages abstract on the website (http://www.iceaa.net/).
